Policies

Our company accepts all forms of major credit and debit cards through GoDaddy. We do not keep anyone's card information on our site. All payments are due at the time of purchase.

Because we ship within 1-2 business days after you place your order, we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately, before your package has been shipped.

After your purchase has been finalized, we will ship within 1-2 business days. We will ship all items to the address provided, if you need to change where the package is going and the item has already been shipped, then you must contact the shipping company. If your item has not yet been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately via our company email. We will ship through USPS.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot return or exchange something that has been opened. If you would like to make a return or exchange on product that has not been opened, you may do so. All products being returned via shipping will be at the customers expense and must happen within 30 days of purchase.

We package each individual purchase with care. If you feel you are missing an item, please carefully look through all the packaging before contacting us. If you have looked through everything and are still missing an item, please contact us right away, this way we can do our best to help resolve the issue.

Once your product has shipped we are no longer responsible for it. If your package has not arrived, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number to locate your package. If you have done this and still can't locate your product, please contact us immediately, so we can work together to resolve the issue.
